| Acne | 100mg OD |
| Blepharitis (with signs of meibomian gland dysfunction or rosacea) | 50mg OD |
Renal and hepatic impairment
Renal impairment
- No dose adjustment required.
- PD and HD: Not dialysed.
- HDF and High Flux: Unknown dialysability.
Hepatic impairment
- No dose adjustment required.
- Use with caution in patients with hepatic impairment or those receiving potentially hepatotoxic drugs.
