Hepatic impairment
- No information available for use in hepatic impairment. SPC states "The safety and efficacy of valganciclovir have not been studied in patients with hepatic impairment. Hepatic impairment should not affect the pharmacokinetics of ganciclovir since it is excreted renally and, therefore, no specific dose recommendation is made."
