If the patient is well but has a Blatchford score of 2 or more, contact the medical registrar (1470)

If the patient is well with a Blatchford score of 0 or 1 and is suitable for discharge

In EPR, click Communicate
In the To: section, type Endoscopy and press Enter
Select "Access Team Booking Team JR Endoscopy (Gastroenterology) OP"
Double click to select this as the address
(Right click to add to your address book for next time)
In the body of the message, type ~R and select ~R-Endoscopy-OGDGastroscopy to open up a pro forma
Complete the proforma and click Send
